What is a hard enamel pin? Our pins are made from hard enamel, a durable, high-quality material that gives each pin a smooth, polished surface. The colors are vibrant and will not fade over time. This makes them perfect for collecting and wearing.

Are your pins limited edition? Yes, our pins are created in limited batches. Once a design sells out, it will not be restocked, making each pin a unique collectible.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Each of our pins comes ready to gift in a Heritage Pin Co. velvet jewelry pouch. It's the perfect finishing touch.

Where are your pins made? Our pins are responsibly crafted by our manufacturing partners in China. We work closely with them to ensure every piece meets our standards for quality and artistry.

I have a media inquiry. How do I reach you? We would love to hear from you! For all media inquiries, please use our Contact Us page/contact form, and a member of our team will respond to you within 24-48 business hours.

Where are you located? Our company is based in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA.

Can I place a bulk order? Our pins are created in limited edition batches. If you are interested in a bulk order, please contact us with the details of your request to determine availability.


 

Orders & Shipping

 

How long will it take to process my order? We process all orders within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.


 

Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely happy with your Heritage Pin Co. purchase. Because our pins are released in limited edition drops, and many are seasonal designs, we balance customer care with protecting the uniqueness of our products.

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (the date your order is delivered).

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Seasonal & Limited Edition Items

  • All holiday, seasonal, and limited edition items are Final Sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted after purchase unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us using our contact form. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Do you accept exchanges? We do not accept direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to complete a return (if eligible) and then place a new order.
