Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Heritage Pin Co. purchase. Because our pins are released in limited edition drops, and many are seasonal designs, we balance customer care with protecting the uniqueness of our products.

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (the date your order is delivered).

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Seasonal & Limited Edition Items

  • All holiday, seasonal, and limited edition items are Final Sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted after purchase unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us using our contact form. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not accept direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to complete a return (if eligible) and then place a new order.
